5 Reasons why I decided to start a blog

5 Reasons why you should do it too

  1. Sharpen my writing.

I believe that there is no way to become a good writer without actually spending time writing. “If you want to be a writer, write”, Epictetus said once, and who am I to argue with the Greek philosopher?

  1. Let creativity into my everyday life.

Finding new ways to talk and write about the same topics can be challenging. Nevertheless, finding those new ways is a small victory that brings satisfaction and, just as any other addiction, makes me want to do it again and again. Moreover, unexpectedly life becomes more fun to experience.

  1. Share my life with my readers.

There are days when I feel like I learned something (and very often I learned it the hard way) that can help somebody out there. So why not share it with those who are open to get new knowledge? Dieting, exercising, traveling, relationship building… There are tons of topics I can write about finding inspiration in my experience and unstoppable desire to learn new things.

  1. Motivate myself.

There is no better motivation to do something than knowing that somebody is waiting for it. Or having a deadline, of course. Motivation is a key in so many aspects of our lives, so why not use it as an instrument to write?

  1. Make new friends.

My friends are truly the best people in the world. I am not sure if I am just lucky that way or only the great people happen to cross paths with me, but I feel fortunate to have all of them in my life. Making new friends is fun and exciting experience; I learn something new from each and every person.

There are definitely many more reasons to start a blog, but these top 5 reasons made the whole difference to me when I was in doubt. So I put all fears aside and voilà!
